10/10Our experience was like a dream!!!! The staff are exceptional there is nothing they can't do for you! They made the entire trip flow and were exceptional. The meals were incredible and they know how to care for large groups to ensure the trip is smooth and fun. Amazing cocktails beautiful and clean. What a place it's once in a lifetime experience! We hope to return again! We love this house the staff and the island.
10/10Exceptional staff!! Beautiful views! A family vacation that was like no other. Our villa manager Mai, the chef, housekeeping - absolutely exceptional!! They anticipated our needs before we even asked. The staff were extremely flexible when we had changes to any request. I was looking for a particular souvenir and couldn’t find it. I asked Mai the villa manager if she could suggest someplace and she told me but I didn’t get an opportunity to go. The next day Mai came back with exactly what I was looking for - I didn’t ask her to get it for me, she just did and I was so grateful. This is how Mai and her staff were for our entire visit - anticipated all of our needs, remembered all of our likes (our drink preferences, food preferences) and had it ready for us as soon as we awakened. One of my guests was congested and Mai bought them some cough medicine without them even asking. Mai arranged all of our excursions, all spa treatments, all of our transportation and when my little nephew was congested and his mom wanted to take him to a doctor, Mai suggested when and where he should go. The hospital was amazing, staff spoke very good English, modern facilities and had a fast response time even though they were walk ins. This is my third time visiting Thailand with my family and the staff here at The View surpassed them all!! The food was always so very delicious that we anxiously awaited each meal whether we were hungry or not. We ate outside every day at lunch time and there were never any flies or mosquitos around us or around the food - ever. When we went to the pool, no mosquitos. Each of the 4 bedrooms have a beautiful sea view with 3 sides of floor to ceiling windows. I cannot rave enough about the staff at the View - they made this a perfect vacation!!
10/10Clean, modern, picturesque villa, within a few steps to what felt like a private beach. The team arranged everything to come to use - Muay Thai, massages, cocktails, BBQ, breakfast, transfers, and more. So many little touches which made our stay so special and we cannot thank the Mai and her beautiful team enough. We will be back!!!
