The living pavilions at Baan Jakawan boast Thai-style roofs, elegant furnishings and modern amenities. The main pavilion feels particularly spacious, thanks to its airy interiors and lofty ceilings. It houses a seating area, lounge, dining area for 12 and a fully equipped western kitchen. An expansive terrace fitted with dining and lounge amenities provides a breezy space for outdoor relaxation and alfresco dining. Ceiling fans keep the living spaces cool, while a hanging chandelier adds to the room's opulent charm.

Baan Jakawan is located in Chaweng, a coastal town in the northeastern region of Samui. Its pristine white sand coasts and vibrant nightlife and dining scene makes Chaweng a hotspot for vacationers. The town lends itself well to families and holidaymakers looking to be within easy reach to the restaurants, shops and local amenities.
Chaweng Beach is a popular attraction that boasts a diverse beach bar scene, powdery white sand coast and a tree-lined shoreline. It's about eight minutes' drive from your villa. For a quieter ambience, take a 20-minute drive to Chaweng Noi Beach or Coral Cove Beach. The latter also offers excellent snorkeling.
Away from the beach, you may try your hand at cooking your favourite Thai dishes, unwinding with a spa treatment, souvenir shopping or stretching out on a yoga mat. There are yoga studios, luxury spa establishments and walking streets peppered all around the vicinity, with most being within a 20-minute drive from your villa. Venues that come with our recommendations include The Yogarden Samui, The Sarann Spa, Island Organics and Chaweng walking street.

9.8/10We are a group of 7 people and everyone had a memorable time. Service was top notched from the moment we got picked up at the airport to the moment we got sent off to the airport. Joy and the crew took great care of us like we were their family. Communications with them were flawless. From food ordering to cooking to cleaning to events booking, the service team went above and beyond in ways that every detail of service is impeccable. In fact, the food that Mai cooked was so perfect that we had every breakfast and dinner at the villa. We even had Christmas dinner at the villa and celebrated with their children. The villa, albeit a bit dated, is huge and nestled up in a secluded mountain with an expanded ocean view. There’re enough bedrooms for all of us to share, all of which have ocean view. Great to just relax in the room. There’re also plenty of space for us to do yoga. The pool is just icing on the cake. It’s so incredible that we spent more time in the villa than we had originally planned to. This is a great luxurious villa and I would definitely come back again!
10/10Incredible spot, most likely one of the best view of the island. We took all 7 rooms, for 14 persons, and our experience has been a real pleasure. The swimming pool is even bigger than the ones from the hotels nearby :D And visiting the island with a scooter is really a must-have experience. The in-villa cooking chef prepared delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Amazing food. The villa staff was always here to help and very nice with us. Really enjoying spending time with these local people, and know a bit more about their local life. We give a rating of 5 stars out of 5, and we can only recommend anyone, wishing to spend some time in Koh Samui to come to this luxury place, called Baan Jakawan.
8.8/10Its one hell of a place to visit! Never been to a better Villa than this one. The rooms the pool the view everything about is simply amazing. Warm welcome by the staff. Our manager was ‘Beer’ who was always very helpful and warm. Other staff was so courteous and did everything that was asked for. We just tried lunch once at the villa and it was decent, if you plan to relax and not go out you can have it at the villa. All in all its a fantastic villa. Surely I would recommend anyone to go there and have a great time.
