The Residences is a majestic estate that offers the best of tropical living. Made up of two standalone properties - Villa Sila and Villa Wayu - the estate is made for large groups, housing 28 guests in 14 bedrooms. A removable division wall between the villas allows for separate bookings or a rental of the entire residence. Our favourite highlights of the estate include its prime beachfront location, direct beach access and immaculately furnished living spaces.
14 bedrooms are spread out across two standalone villa. Just like the common spaces, each bedroom is outfitted with contemporary furnishings and exquisite artworks and features a soothing colour palette.
Five out of seven bedrooms in Villa Sila are outfitted with king beds, with the remaining two furnished with twin singles. In Villa Wayu, three of the room feature twin singles, while the remaining four are kitted out with king beds. All bedrooms come complete with impeccable en suites.

Taking a dip in one of the two sparkling pools at The Residences is an incredible experience; you’ll be swimming in mineralised water while looking out to amazing ocean views. Recliners set under patio umbrellas invite sun seekers to sit back, relax and take in the daily sunset show. A full range of outdoor amenities, like barbecue facilities, surround sound speakers, bar fridge and outdoor sala completes your al fresco dining experience.

While you’re in the area, take a 15-minute stroll out to Mae Nam walking street. Bustling with a sense of vibrancy, the walking street is home to numerous stalls selling a wide array of street food, cocktails and souvenirs.
Eating out in town is a breeze, thanks to the diversity of dining establishments in the vicinity. The Boudoir, Mathis Café, Kobori Japanese Restaurant and La Bonne Franquette are located an easy drive away. Or take a 19-minute drive to the charming Fisherman’s Village, where you’ll find a variety of upscale restaurants and bars.
The sense of serenity in Mae Nam extends into its nightlife scene. Raucous beach parties are not the way of life here; instead, vacationers ease slowly into the night with post-dinner drinks at venues like John’s Garden or Nature Bar. 10/10Amazing Holiday!! We recently celebrated my wife’s 40th Birthday In Kho Samui and therefore booked the villa over a period of 6 days. We can not speak highly enough of how good the facilities we’re. The various rooms are beautifully furnished for a extremely comfortable stay, and amazing pool with easy access to the beach gives you a couple of swimming options. This would have to be one of the best holidays we have had and the fantastic venue and staff made it so memorable. We were all very sad to leave at the end of our trip. Thank you so much!
10/10Concerning the service, everything (and even more) was done before you think about it. The villa staffs were thoughtful, polite and smiling. The property is just gorgeous and has a beautiful outside shower and the inside is decorated with a lot of taste. The villa is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. The path brings you to an awesome view: a pool with a bar on a side and the ocean in front of you.
