Villa Yee Sip Song is an expansive cluster of about four pavilions – the largest among the Samujana Estate villas – all exhibiting out-of-the-box architecture and contemporary tropical design. Roomy interiors – appearing even more spacious with their contrasting colors of light and dark as well as their timber wood and glass design components – are appointed with chic furnishings as well as fixed with hotel quality installations to insure your sheer satisfaction and leisure. High on a hill rising from Choeng Mon Beach, Villa Yee Sip Song gives you a fabulous getaway with a character that’s definitely high-end.
In a detached pavilion at one side of the property’s ground floor is the master bedroom. Beside this bedroom is one guest room. Another guest room is also in a detached pavilion right across the swimming area. Two more guest rooms are in the central pavilion’s lower ground floor. One other guest bedroom is in a detached pavilion also on the property’s lower ground floor. All six bedrooms – with king-sized beds – are attached to bathrooms with rain showers and free-standing bathtubs. These bedrooms also open out to furnished balconies and private gardens with fantastic views.

Flowing toward the distant horizon is the villa’s 21-meter, angled infinity pool where you can simply plant yourself along its scenic side and stare out – transfixed – to the verdant landscape and the open seascape. On the poolside stone deck and the common area’s covered terrace are pool beds where you can simply lie in the sun or under the shade.
At both ends of the central pavilion’s ground-floor common space are two living areas – one is airy and the other is air-conditioned. In between these two is the dining area. Behind its bleached timber wood dinner table are the bar and the modern kitchen. The villa’s private gym, game and tiered cinema rooms are all on the lower ground floor.
A manager oversees the villa’s capable staff which delivers everyday services like airport transfers, daily breakfast, housekeeping, pool maintenance, gardening and security. Day tour, babysitting, personal catering, laundry and spa service providers can also be engaged. But their services aren’t provided for in your package.
Just a stone’s throw away from the villa is Choeng Mon Beach where you’re in for unlimited swimming, snorkeling and aqua sports. By ebb tide, you can even walk over to nearby Koh Fan Noir. The Walking Street’s Night Market is much awaited on Wednesdays where a wide range of items, merchandize and wares are on sale.
10/10Truly spectacular villas. Full service with access to staff for cooking, shopping and organising all sorts of activities that are clearly made available to you. The samujana villas are truly breathtaking and literally my favourite place to stay in the world
10/10Very nice villa, first say shortcomings Well, a little bit old , some of the old state apparatus appear decoration . Other experience is perfect, service is also very praise .
