Each of the villa accommodates six guests in three bedrooms. Two of the rooms are outfitted with private en suites and king beds, while the third is a guest room with a queen bed (may be converted to twin singles). Additional touches like the sheer canopy curtains, paintings and decorative bed linen add a cosy, romantic ambience within.

Feel at one with the ocean when you sink into the cool, glistening waters of the infinity pool. Relaxing outdoors here is a feast for your senses: a picture-perfect tropical landscape surrounds the villa and the warm breezes flow easily into the compound. Done with taking a dip? Lay back against the recliners for a lazy sunbathing session complete with noshes and cocktails. Some of the villas in the complex are equipped with a Thai-style sala - a cosy spot ideal for shaded siestas.

The overall feel of Baan Saitara is welcoming and homely, thanks to its bright, airy interior, contemporary furnishings and neutral colour palette. The indoor living space boasts an open layout, with a lounge that extends out to include an open kitchen with breakfast bar. The lounge is kitted out with grey sofas, a coffee table and TV, and the kitchen features wooden cabinets, sleek black countertops and a full range of cooking appliances. The interior may be kept cool with air conditioning, or breezy as an open-air living space by pushing back the glass sliding doors.

All bedrooms are equipped with bath towels, beach towels, slippers and toilet amenities. The kitchen stocks a collection of wine glasses.
