The modern mansion offers six premium air-conditioned bedrooms with king-sized beds and one lovely bunk room with bunk beds. As such, it can accommodate up to 12 adults and 6 children. Elegant, sleek, and luxurious, the bedrooms ensure an enjoyable stay with their contemporary designs, fine furniture, endless windows, and generous amenities. In each room, you will find black-out curtains, built-in wardrobes, bedside reading lamps, and wooden table and chairs, coupled with spacious ensuites with toilet, sink, and power showers. Three of the bedrooms feature a fancy outdoor bathtub, which will take bathing to a whole new level. Leave the floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to enjoy the island’s pleasant weather and warm sunlight. Catch up on your favourite Netflix shows using the wall-mounted 65-inch TV in the bunk room.

At Villa Sea Renity, you will find pleasure in having your own 21-metre lap pool accompanied by a shallow 0.7-metre pool for children. A good number of sun beds are provided in the pool deck for you to take a rest after your swimming, bask in the sun, or delight in your drink of choice. You can organise an evening cocktail party, and enjoy the fantastic views of the beach on the windy sunken lounge next to the pool. There is even an trampoline suitable for both adults and kids in the landscaped garden for your entertainment.

Those who do not want to miss their workout whilst on holiday will be pleased to know that there is an onsite gym fully furnished with quality equipment.

The villa-by-the-beach provides a fair amount of social and living spaces with great privacy, which is perfect for forgetting all your troubles, and indulging in the beauty of nature. The magnetic living room is surrounded by full-wall glass, which means that you can enjoy the views of the swimming pool, garden, and ocean from the comfort of the air-conditioned space. Make yourself comfortable on the U-shaped sofa and catch up on your favourite programmes using the flat-screen TV. There is also a pool table for some fun group activities. Next to the massage sala is an indoor cinema with a high-definition projector and large screen with Netflix and IPTV subscriptions.

Positioned in a separate pavilion a few steps away from the living room, the indoor dining room offers beautiful views of the blue pool. Here, you and your loved ones can feast on tasty meals whilst relishing the scenery outside. You can prepare your own meals in the adjoining guest kitchen with Gorenje and Franke appliances, fixtures, and fittings. If you employ the assistance of the resident chef, they will use the chef’s kitchen behind it. Don’t miss the chance to do alfresco dining at the poolside dining table near the swim-up bar. Here, you can organise a BBQ party using the Brinkmann Select BBQ equipment, sink and fridge provided.

As the Koh Samui accommodation is a full-service villa, you will not have to worry about maintenance, housekeeping, pool-cleaning, and security.
