Villa Sip Et (B)

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is in an individual unit just behind the main pavilion, and two other bedrooms are in individual units on the villa’s upper terraces. All bedrooms have king-sized beds, as well as dedicated bathrooms with fitted bathtubs, rain showers or both.

Occupying nearly the whole property’s exterior is the 14-meter infinity pool. Jump into its mesmerizing, glassy waters. Buoyantly wade to the pool’s scenic end and stand – spellbound – as you look out to sea. From the water, you can stretch out on woven wood pool beds on the poolside wooden deck.

From the swimming area, a couple of steps lead down to the villa’s semi-open, airy and spacious main pavilion. Along almost one entire side of the pavilion is the living area with its extended, wide, cushioned, fitted couch. Here, you can all get together for some engaging conversation. By the swimming pool area entrance of the pavilion is the dining area. On its glass-topped table that accommodates six, you can all indulge in authentic local specialties – as well as Western staples – masterfully prepared by the in-house chef at the fully-equipped, modern kitchen alongside the dinner table. Opposite the living area is the media room where you can catch shows you’ve been following closely. Or, go on a marathon of your can’t-get-enough-of movies.

Tasked to render the regular services of the villa is a staff which consists of a personal guest assistant, a pool attendant, a gardener, as well as housekeepers and security personnel. In addition to the chef, a babysitter, a driver, a laundry helper and a spa therapist may, upon your request, be called in. Their services will be charged separately however.
