Baan Benjamart is a waterfront vacation complex which consists of four pavilions – all highlighting contemporary tropical elegance. Interiors are appointed with mostly complementary, finely finished as well as woven wood furnishings and fixtures with a number of classic and luxurious pieces. Amenities are expectedly of hotel and resort quality – to insure sheer guest satisfaction and leisure. Truly, Baan Benjamart gives you a distant and dreamy getaway with a seaside character.
The four air-conditioned bedrooms of the villa are housed in three pavilions – the master bedroom and two guest rooms are in two cliff side bedroom pavilions on stilts, and one guest room is in the living pavilion. The master bedroom, in one of the bedroom pavilions, has a four-post and draped, king-sized bed, as well as a dedicated bathroom with a fitted bathtub and a rain shower. The two guest rooms – in the other bedroom pavilion – both have king-sized beds, as well as dedicated bathrooms with rain showers. All three bedrooms open out to a long balcony. Linking the two bedroom pavilions, this balcony has breathtaking views of the distant horizon. One more guest room – in the living pavilion – also has a king-sized bed (can be converted to single beds), as well as a dedicated bathroom with a rain shower.
By the beach is the 17-meter infinity pool. After ceremoniously reconnecting with the ocean, leap into its refreshing, crystal clear waters and revel in your element. Out of the water, you can laze on woven wood pool beds partially shaded by large umbrellas on poolside stone and tiled decks. Or, settle comfortably on the cushioned, woven wood couch under the shade of the sala that looks out to the beach.
The villa has a semi-open, sunny and airy living pavilion with hefty, leather couches in front of a wall-mounted, widescreen TV. Here, you can all anticipate the newest episode of the latest blockbuster series. Or watch, once again, your all-time, favorite classic film. Just across is the dining pavilion. On its square, dark wood table that seats 10, you can all relish authentic Thai cuisine – as well as your most requested comfort food – meticulously put together by the onsite chef at the fully-equipped, ultra-modern kitchen behind the dining area. The counter which delineates the kitchen also doubles as a bar where you can grab a bite, hydrate or raise a toast.
The villa’s amicable staff doesn’t just dispense the daily services. The staff members also guarantee that your stay is truly convivial.
Baan Benjamart is located within Bo Phut Beach. Right at the villa’s doorstep are waters ideal for swimming. Walk around the two-kilometer coastline and you’ll get to Fisherman’s Village. Marvel at the old-world edifices, as well as at the bargains available during the Walking Street – if you happen to be there on a Wednesday. On another excursion, include in your itinerary the Samui Big Buddha and the Samui Crocodile Farm. Then feed your need for speed at Samui Go Cart.
10/10The villa is very well located on the beach, at the end of the bay. The decoration is elegant, the rooms are large and comfortable. It is clean, quiet, well maintained and the service perfect. The access to restaurant and activities are easy.
9.4/10I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa. The staff took care of every last detail and the food was fantastic. This is a nice quiet location at the end of the beach but still accessible to Bophut Fisherman’s Village on foot. The view and the pool are absolutely spectacular!
10/10Our first time to Koh Samui - and we had booked the Baan Kohia villa after lots and lots of research. But the day before we got to Koh Samui, we got a call from the management company telling us we have been upgraded -- to this super amazing place that was right on the beach. this is at the end of Bophut beach - so it's very quiet because there are not that many people walking around. But the good thing is that it is pretty close to a whole bunch of other hotels and restaurants via a quick walk on the beach. the fisherman's village is less than 15-20 minute walk on the beach - though the beeach has coarse sand makign it a bit hard to walk. if you walk on the inside streets, its a little over a kilometer - so its an easy walk. we loved the villa - the people taking care of the place (Toey, Khaek, Nikki) were absolutely brilliant. we got the chef one day - it was amazing food and enough qty to last couple more meals. lots of restaurants out on the main street (about 5 minutes away) plus conveneince store to buy food and beer.
10/10This Villa is located at the West end of Bophut beach. As it is at the end of the beach nobody goes there and it is like having your own private beach. We booked though LuxuryVillasAndHomes.com who not just an agent - they actually manage this villa and all the others on the street. They are awesome. Their staff in the vila really looked after our family too. We loved all the fresh food and they really made us feel relaxed and special. They arranged a lovely babysitter to help with our young daughter. The villas on the street at Dhevatara Residence are almost the same as each other but some seem to have been photographed better than others. This Villa is actually the biggest and we thought it was the best because 3 of the bedrooms are elevated and have fantastic views across the bay. The Villa also has a backup power generator so whenever the island had its frequent brown-outs we were unaffected. Usually this is not an issue - but during our stay it turned out to be fantastically useful and we hadn't realised until we met other people on the island who had been without power and therefore water for hours at a time and even many local restaurants and stores were out of power - they had had a miserable time! This really is a great villa to stay at - you are pretty much guaranteed to have a great vacation.
