Baan Sethai

Baan Sethai has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests, making it one of the biggest rental homes in eastern Samui. They are spread over different floors, so the house never feels cramped even when it is fully occupied. All the bedrooms face the sea, making sure that everyone feels special. You will find large double beds with high-quality mattresses and extra pillows for comfortable sleeping. You will find them to be larger than most hotels and resorts in Samui. There are wardrobes with hangers, armchairs, and air conditioning. High ceilings ensure better ventilation and fresh sea breeze.

Each bedroom also has a private balcony with a seating area. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in complete peace enjoying the ocean views. The ensuite bathrooms have bathtubs or showers, washbasins, towels, hair dryers, and toiletries.

This beautiful villa has an L-shaped 50-square-meter infinity pool with Jacuzzi corners. Swim up to the edge and you will feel like hanging in the air above the cliff. Swim to the corners to enjoy relaxing jets. You will see the ocean in front and a lush forest on two sides. Several loungers are placed on the poolside for your relaxation.

A staircase from the deck goes down to a manicured lawn. It is one of the sunniest areas of the house. Many trees and a banana plantation surround this lawn. A few steps away between rocks, there is an outhouse with a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. A level below the deck there is a second table for your alfresco lunch with views.

Guests love to spend long hours in this luxury home because of the views it offers, the many amenities, its laid-back vibe, and the spacious rooms. The heart of the home is its open-concept common area, which features a living room, dining area, cocktail counter, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The lounging area has an L-shaped sofa, armchairs, and a satellite television. Two wide doors open to a platform that goes down to the pool deck. The platform has a second sitting area.

The natural wood dining table with 10 chairs is placed on a second raised platform. Behind this is the kitchen and cocktail bar. The room has a soaring 6-9 meter ceiling that allows plenty of sea breeze to flow through.

Villa Baan Sethai is a fully staffed property. The villa manager speaks English, Chinese, and French. The housekeeping team will keep everything in top condition. Bed linen and towels will be changed twice a week. Your personal concierge can help with car and scooter bookings, marine park excursions, and sunset cruises. You can also ask for an in-villa massage. Daily continental breakfast is complimentary.
