Koh Samui Beach Villas for Rent

Your Samui beach villa is just steps away from the coast; a vast garden stretches out from the living pavilion towards a swathe of golden sand. It has all the essentials for an idyllic Koh Samui holiday: uninterrupted ocean vistas, fully equipped living spaces, impeccable service from an on-site team and a villa manager who’ll assist with all your vacation needs. While the environment feels tranquil and secluded, you’re never far away from the heart of the action; the beach clubs, seafront restaurants and lifestyle venues are easily within reach.

With white sand beaches, a wide-ranging variety of dining and lifestyle establishments and a laid back atmosphere, it’s easy to see why North Samui is one of the most popular destination on the island. The main coastal towns here are Mae Nam, Bang Po, Bophut, Big Buddha and Choeng Mon, and while each has its own must-visit attractions, the chilled-out, family-friendly vibes are consistent across these destinations.

Away from the beaches, the highlights in the region include the Big Buddha (home to a golden, 12-metre seated Buddha statue, it’s the island’s cultural landmark), the colourful temple compound of Wat Plai Laem and Fisherman’s Village, a hub filled with upscale boutiques, souvenir stalls and chic dining establishments. Also worth checking out are venues like The Yogarden Samui, Island Organics and Anantara Spa.

The west coast - home to the towns of Lipa Noi, Nathon and Taling Ngam - is considerably quieter. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a lazy beach holiday - one where days are spent lounging languidly by the coast, marvelling at the spectacular sunset scenery and dining at a prime waterfront venue.

While the remoteness of West Samui is its appeal, the region does its share of attractions and amenities. Yoga enthusiasts will enjoy the variety of classes and healthy cafe fare at Marga Yoga, a beachside yoga centre. Baan Thai Spa at the InterContinental Samui offers incredible spa treatments - from massages to scrubs and herbal baths. Plus, the venue’s clifftop, jungle-clad setting is hard to beat. Nathon Walking Street offers a great family experience, and a way for vacationers to experience the local food and shopping scene.

Venture down south, and you’ll wind up in the coastal towns of Bang Kao and Thong Krut. The vibes here are low-key and relaxed - just right for villa vacationers seeking a getaway from it all. The highlight here is Thong Krut Beach: it’s quiet, picturesque and a great spot to catch a boat out to the neighbouring islands for snorkeling and seaside relaxation.

You’ll also find a great selection of restaurants and cafes here, including Boy’s Organic Coffee, Hemingway’s on the Beach, The Melting Pot and Nuch’s Green Ta’lay Restaurant. Pagoda Khao Chedi and Laem Sor Pagoda are places we’d recommend for cultural sightseeing, and Banburee Resort & Spa is a great venue to unwind with a spa ritual or yoga class.

Samui’s east coast may be largely known for its nightlife scene and beach parties, but there’s more to the region than late night revelry. Chaweng is the hotspot in town; it’s lively, boasts a palm-fringed beach with diverse amenities, and is the go-to venue if you’re looking to rub shoulders with fellow vacationers. Lamai Beach is just as popular, but if you’re seeking out a quieter ambience, the beaches of Chaweng Noi or Coral Cove will be a more suitable option.

And there’s more to see and do: soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Chaweng Walking Street, take in unparalleled vistas from Lad Koh Viewpoint, visit the charming Secret Buddha Garden or enjoy ultra-luxe body treatments at The Sarann Spa.

Regardless of where you want to stay, there is no shortage of amazing Samui beach villas to choose from. These villas are mere steps away from the ocean, many enjoying a beachfront location. While staying here, you will be assisted by a professional team of staff at the villa as well as Samui Villa Finder's Concierge service!
